As part of being a registered care provider, we have an obligation to produce a statement of purpose for each of our residential care settings. This document outlines what we do, where we do it and who we do it for. It is updated on a yearly basis, or sooner should there be any change to the information contained within them. Our annual CSSIW inspections will also check to make sure we are fulfilling our statement of purpose obligations. The document includes the following information:

- The services we provide
- The needs our services meet
- Our contact details
- Our service's legal entity
- The places where our services are provided
