The FAST Project

Today we’d like to give a huge shout out to David Williams and the FAST project based in Ferryside. This brilliant service offers fix and shift training for vulnerable adults and here JJ gets expert instruction from David on how to paint a door.

Swans4Cancer

Several times a year we donate money to good causes and this weekend ILS MD Ann Bateman was on hand to present Swans4Cancer a cheque for £200 during a fundraising match between Swansea AFC Legends and a Carmarthen Select XI. The final score was 12-1!
