If you enjoy adventures in a lovely country setting, then look no further than Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens in Bronant. This is where we took James while enjoying a weeks respite with ILS.
The gardens are a thing of beauty. Developed and evolved over 40 years, it's full of wildlife habitats and is bristling with magic; there is creativity wherever you look. From quirky statues and great little buildings, to musical instruments and dragons, there is a surprise around every corner. Perhaps the highlight for James was the dragon quest. This involved trying to find over a dozen dragons dotted around the gardens. Needless to say he was successful and his reward... two small chocolate dragon eggs which he devoured with delight.
With the entrance fee helping to raise money for charities under the National Garden Scheme, it really is a place worth visiting. James will long remember it as a peaceful and inspiring location to spend a pleasant day out. As ever, we are very grateful to our support staff who made the day as special as the gardens.
