ILS is registered as a domiciliary care agency to provide personal care and support services for people aged 18-64 in their own home who have mental health problems and learning disabilities. The extent of this support may range from sessional input, to 24 hour support including a sleepover or waking night service. The geographical areas within which services are provided are currently Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

ILS seeks to support service users to exercise the maximum choice, control, and autonomy in their lives. A number of policies and procedures are in place to encourage and support this. ILS is committed to ensuring that services continue to meet our service user’s needs. Throughout our service provision we assure that we have a systematic and ongoing monitoring process. Delivering a high quality service is one of our main priorities and we achieve this through:
- Quarterly performance reviews
- Quarterly monitoring visits
- Regular needs and risk assessments
- Annual satisfaction surveys
- Staff bi-monthly supervision
- Staff annual appraisals
