Further to our earlier post, you can now vote for FAST to become the nation’s favourite National Lottery funded project. Adrian and the team at ILS wish David Williams and all those involved in this wonderful scheme the very best of luck. Voting is easy at and can be done upto 27th July.

The FAST Project

Today we’d like to give a huge shout out to David Williams and the FAST project based in Ferryside. This brilliant service offers fix and shift training for vulnerable adults and here JJ gets expert instruction from David on how to paint a door.

Today our congratulations goes to Rhodri Davies who collected his end of year certificates, marking the end to another successful year at Coleg Sir Gar. Here Rhodri is pictured with personal and social development tutors Helen Lloyd and Jo Davies. Well done Rhodri!


Several times a year we donate money to good causes and this weekend ILS MD Ann Bateman was on hand to present Swans4Cancer a cheque for £200 during a fundraising match between Swansea AFC Legends and a Carmarthen Select XI. The final score was 12-1!
